The customer is required to provide a valid National Identity Card (CNIC) and a complete and current residential address at the time of obtaining the connection.
The installation fee and monthly package fee must be paid according to the selected package.
The monthly bill must be paid before the due date. Otherwise, the company reserves the right to suspend or disconnect the service.
Internet speed may vary depending on network conditions, traffic, and other technical factors.
The company reserves the right to take necessary measures at any time for network maintenance, improvement, upgrades, or other technical work.
The customer may not sell, distribute, or share the internet service with any other individual, organization, or location without written permission from the company.
The company shall not be held responsible for service interruptions caused by natural disasters, fiber cuts, or other unforeseen circumstances.
In case of disconnection of the connection, the customer will be charged Rs. 3,500 for the device (ONU/Router), while installation materials, fiber, and other charges will be non-refundable.
In case of non-payment of bills, provision of incorrect information, or violation of these terms and conditions, the company reserves the right to disconnect the service without prior notice.
